How we came about:
Wagging Tails is proudly Australian owned & operated. We all have so much love for all animals, especially dogs.. They really are the most beautiful creatures alive. Having many friends in the dog care & grooming industry we noticed that many dog wash & dog grooming products are produced overseas from which we looked at listed key ingredients. Had these tested by our chemists to find out exactly what was in them. Because of what we found, we thought it would be a great idea to do our bit & move into an area that is quite neglected in terms of that so many dog wash products out there today are from overseas & contain nasty chemicals. Even when appearing as an Australian business these dog wash products are still produced overseas. All our formulas from dog shampoo, dog conditioner, dog wipes & dog colognes (dog perfume) are manufactured in house at our headquarters in Queensland. This means that we get absolutley no surprises in what is in dog wash formulas. These are not just dog friendly. Why we choose the natural & sustainable path:
All our packaging used is either recyclable or compostable. A brand that does not out source the manufacturing of dog wash products that are used to protect your dogs skin & coat.
We are not just your average supplier of dog wash & grooming products. Most of us have tried many products within Australia advocating that these are great dog washing products when the majority of them contain so many nasties. This in our eyes was just not acceptable. Sourcing all our ingredients locally & using recyclable bottles. Our range either consists of sustainable or recycled material. It is clear that our whole range does not have an impact on our beautiful environment.
With Australia being right up there with an astonishing 40% of all households owning a dog. That is around 5.5 million dogs. Wagging Tails Products needed to come to life. This led us to become a company that formulate & manufacture our very own dog wash & grooming product range. The only one within Australia on that note. Our team is constantly working on formulations due to the fact that some dogs need specific needs due to their skin conditions. It made sense to make a dog wash range that does not affect dogs skin & coats. With our products being used by a vast majority of professional groomers on the east coast. It is no wonder why we are a chosen supplier of not just groomers but many dog owners around Australia.
